"The Festival will offer a variety of rowing experiences that are unusual & attractive to the rowing community. By bringing together a group of young national & international rowers, we will provide fresh challenges and an opportunity to increase the popularity of rowing at grass roots. It will be a week filled with excitement, entertainment, inspiring & informative commentary, visits to places of interest and the forging of international friendships."
